SYNOPSIS: At approximately 2229 hours, Deputy Kyle Wallace attempted to stop a red Chevy, pickup for a CVC violation while they were driving north bound on Churn Creek Road in Redding. When Deputy Wallace turned on his emergency lights, the driver of the pickup accelerated to approximately 60 mph, in an attempt to evade the Deputy. After approximately 2.1 miles, the driver, who was later identified as S-1 Noel Holloway, attempted to turn south bound on Debbie Lane. Due to the speed the pickup was traveling, it was not able to navigate the turn without hitting the curb, causing damage to the front tire, disabling the pickup. Holloway ran south bound from the pickup into the Debbie Lane neighborhood.

Deputy Wallace was not able to immediately follow Holloway, due to a second subject who was hiding inside the pickup. S-2 Nicole Faulkner was located inside the pickup, and was later arrested for a Felony burglary warrant.

After being informed that the license plate on the pick up was registered to a different type of pickup, Deputies noticed the VIN number had been removed from the pickup. Deputies were able to locate a secondary VIN number which showed the pickup had been stolen from the Redding area on 12-1-2011.

Inside the pickup Deputies located numerous, realistic looking replica handguns, a mask, sets of dark clothing and several pairs of gloves. The pickup also contained numerous items that are believed to be stolen.

With the assistance of C.H.P. ground units and H-14, as well as R.P.D., the area was searched for Holloway, however he was not located. Holloway currently has six (6) Felony warrants for his arrest and is being actively sought after by Law Enforcement.

Faulkner was taken to the Shasta County Jail where she was booked for the Felony warrant.
