Narrative:
 
On May 7th, 2008, at about 2355 hours, the Chico Police Department responded to the report of a missing dependant male adult.  It was reported that the dependant adult had wandered away from his parents while inside a south Chico area business, and could not be located.
 
The Chico Police Department conducted an extensive search of the area for the missing person, as well as notifying local allied agencies.  The subject was not located.
 
On May 8th, 2008, the subject remained missing.  At approximately 1000 hours, the Chico Police Department activated the “A Child is Missing” system, which notified area residents and businesses, by telephone, of the missing person.
 
Shortly thereafter, the subject was located in the City of Oroville (his place of residence) by the Oroville Police Department.  The subject appeared fine, and foul play is not suspected.
